Rather than carrying every name, we focus on designers whose work feels considered and wearable—gowns that photograph beautifully, move effortlessly, and feel true to the bride wearing them.
Many of our designers are exclusive to our region, allowing our brides to discover pieces they won’t see everywhere. Together, these collections create a refined edit of styles that feel current now—and lasting beyond the day itself.

Appointments & Shopping
Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?
Appointments are recommended, especially on Saturdays, this ensures we have a bridal consultant and fitting room available for you. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but we recommend booking ahead for the best experience. You can book an appointment via the Request An Appointment link or call 01708 743999.
How long is a bridal appointment?
Appointments typically last 60–90 minutes, giving you time to browse, try on gowns, and ask questions, find your gown without feeling rushed and celebrate your YES moment!
How many guests can I bring?
We suggest bringing your nearest and dearest loved ones to your appointment. Over the years we have found the lucky number is bride +3, a smaller group helps keep the experience focused and fun. If you are however looking to bring a larger party with you, please we just ask you to call in advance of your appointment so we can allocate a larger area for you.
Is there a fee for appointments?
We do not currently charge for our appointments.
Dresses & Ordering
What size samples do you carry?
Our sample gowns typically range from 8 – 28. Don’t worry—our consultants use clips and tricks to help you envision the perfect fit, if the sample is not your exact size. We want every bride to feel comfortable trying wedding dresses with us.
How far in advance should I order my wedding dress?
We recommend ordering at least 10-12 months before your wedding. This allows time for production, shipping, and alterations. Shorter timelines may be possible with rush options or off-the-peg gowns and we can guide you to gowns that we can order quickly. We also have Off-The-Peg gowns, so if your wedding date is very soon we can still help you with a beautiful gown.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, many designers offer rush production for an additional fee. Availability and timing vary by gown and designer.
What is your price range?
Our wedding dresses range from £795 – £3500. Accessories and alterations are priced separately.
Alterations & Fittings
Do you offer in-house alterations?
Yes! We offer professional in-house alterations to ensure your gown fits beautifully. Alterations are not included in the gown price. All alterations are carried out in our onsite workroom so once your dress arrives in store it remains with us until your final fitting.
How many fittings will I need?
Most brides need 2–3 fittings, depending on the gown and alterations required.
We order your gown according to each designers sizing chart. We take your measurements and we order the closest size for your measurements. To provide the perfect tailored fit it is then likely that your gown will need alterations.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required when ordering your gown.
Are wedding dresses returnable or refundable?
Because bridal gowns are made to order, all sales are final. Please ask questions before purchasing—we are happy to help you feel confident in your decision.
Accessories & Other Attire
Do you sell accessories?
Yes! We carry a gorgeous selection of veils, headpieces, belts to complete your look.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Nude undergarments are best. A strapless bra is optional—all gowns have built-in support.
Where are you located and is parking available?
We are located at 24-26 High Street, Romford, RM1 1HR. Closest parking is available in The Brewery, The Market Square (on non market days only) or The Liberty.
